Primary or Personal Information: When navigating our site, not always is necessary to submit information. If you use certain WiCoWork services or your WiCoWork member profile, we might collect a range of additional information from you such, photograph, gender, job title, as your birthday and/or industry. You also agree to the sharing of certain information through your WiCoWork profile.
Combined information will be classified as personal and will be protected in compliance with this Policy. We may combine personal information collected through the Site with other information that us or third parties collect about you in other contexts – such as our communications with you via email or phone or your member or company profile. We may preserve personal information for an indefinite amount of time to preserve our database and to comply with various federal and state laws.
Weblog Information: At any point of navigating our website, WiCoWork automatically receives and records information from your computer (or other device) and your browser. Information as your IP address and domain name, the visited pages, date and time of your visit, the URLs from the websites you visit, the files that you download, your software and hardware characteristics, your geographic location, and certain cookie information. The usage of logs or applications recognizes computers and gathers information about activity.
Events, Sweepstakes and Surveys: WiCoWork might request website users to provide opportunities to participate in sweepstakes participate in surveys or events. Such surveys, sweepstakes, and events may be used to collect both personal and non-personal information. The participation in these activities is completely voluntary, and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose your information. To the extent there is a conflict between those privacy provisions and this policy, the privacy provisions for the specific event will govern.
For each contest, sweepstakes, and/or special event, we will post on the Site applicable rules for the event, and if necessary, post any supplemental terms and conditions or privacy provisions.
Direct sharing of information on the Site: WiCoWork approves consumers to generate profiles, including but not limited to information about themselves, their company, their interests, and their skills. In addition, certain features of the Site make it possible for you to post comments, share information about yourself or your company, and otherwise engage with the WiCoWork Network. WiCoWork member profiles and posted comments are viewable by other members and WiCoWork employees. Cookies The usage of cookies on our site is also part of our practice. A possible interaction between a web browser and a server holding a web page in which the server sends a cookie to the browser and the browser sends it back when requesting another page. Cookies are arbitrary pieces of data, usually chosen by the web server, and stored on the client computer by the browser. SECTION 2 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

WiCoWork collects personal information and non-personal information about Site users. Such information as a name or email addresses that WiCoWork can directly associate with a specific person without additional information. Non-personal information is information that WiCoWork cannot directly associate with a specific person without the aid of additional information. The combination of both personal and non-personal information is treated as personal information.
Collecting personal and non-personal information allows us to offer a better experience for our Members and Guests. We collect this information for a range of purposes, including gauging the effectiveness of and improving our service and Site, delivering our newsletters, alerting the winners of contests and sweepstakes, protecting the security of the Site and our users facilitating participation in specified activities, and promoting the Site and other products and services provided by us.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

WiCoWork profile. When you join our WiCoWork Network of members, we create a profile for you that contain such personal information as your name and company. This profile is available to all other WiCoWork members, as is any other information that you manually add to your profile.
For instance, if you visited the website to target online ads for WiCoWork services to you on non-WiCoWork websites. In addition, our third-party advertising networks might use information about your use of the Site to help target non-WiCoWork advertisements based on your online behavior in general. For information about behavioral advertising practices, including privacy and confidentiality, visit the Network Advertising Initiative website or the Digital Advertising Alliance website.
If you prefer to prevent third parties from setting and accessing cookies on your computer or other device, you may set your browser to block cookies. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

WiCoWork enforces our personnel to protect all information collected through our website. Only personnel with specific authorization have access to databases containing users’ personal information. No security program is foolproof and thus we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal or other information.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
